-Overall in charge of the administration of Distributor payout programs. ART must ensure that policies, guidelines as well as standards of the programs are complied with.
-Develop and execute recruitment initiatives (guidelines, policies, processes)
-Establish criteria/profile for candidate distributors – recruitment process
-Maintain close working relationships with licensing department
-Monitor performance of recruiting programs using various KPIs (Strategic Hiring Programs)
-Provide training and assistance to recruiting team members as needed
Your Profile
- 10 years of experience as Recruiting or similar HR role
-Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
-Passion about Agency Manpower growth
-Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
-Experience in Employer Branding methods
-Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
-Good understanding and experience with Recruitment tools
-Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
