  • Manage multiple program development project simultaneously by prioritizing deadlines and track program cycle consist of Training Needs analysis, Module design, and development
  • Create and provide Training evaluation level 1 (participant’s feedback), L2 (Learning progress) and L3 for selected training program
  • This individual will be expected to deliver accurate, high-quality documentation within a specified deadline and timeline. The Curriculum Developer will utilize adult learning principles to develop all instructional materials
  • Circulate module approval from respective/relevant parties
  • Review the training module regularly min 1x/year and ensures that any problem are addressed,  escalated and resolved immediately
  •  Liaise with respected parties to conduct TTT session for Developer
  • Develop and formalize robust quality assurance review process of all existing and new training programs and material
  • Create eLearning approach for Training roadmap in Sales In-Branch Channel & Bank Staff
  • Liaise to Digital Learning team to develop e Learning module and evaluation for selected courses
  • This individual is expected to liaise with related parties and or procurement team to select the external vendor or training consultant align to the business needs specifically for Sales training

Your Profile
  • Min Bachelor degree in any major (preferably from financial background)
  • Passionate on People capability and development
  • Has experience in developing training modules for Sales Force
  • Has comprehensive understanding on Financial Industry specifically for Life Insurance business
  • Microsoft office (advanced in Power Point

  • Knowledge about Financial Planning
  • Life Insurance Product Knowledge
  • LOMA
  • Linguistic skills
  • Knowledge on Instructional Design
