Sous la responsabilité de la directrice de site, il s’agira d’assister la Direction au sens large dans l’organisation administrative mais également de supporter le management de la communication au sein de la DTC et du site de Craponne.
Quelle est votre mission chez bioMérieux?
- Support logistique
Gestion du planning avec support quotidien du CoDir,
Gestion des organigrammes et de la présentation officielle du site,
Rédaction de compte-rendu,
Organisation de déplacements,
Support au passage des commandes…
- Communication
Organisation d’événements site : journées de l’été, inauguration, journée portes ouvertes, marché de Noël, team-buildings
Rédaction de dépêches, flashs, infos site, Yammer, Bob
Support animations en vidéos créatives (logiciel Vyond)
Création de brochures (logiciel InDesign) , posters…
Support power point pour les réunions récurrentes
- Support transverse entre les différentes directions du site
Animation du réseau des assistantes du site avec partage d’informations globales
Lien étroit avec les services généraux : infrastructures, restaurant d’entreprise
Participation au comité de site
CSE : envoi de l’ordre du jour + relecture et diffusion du PV
Qui êtes-vous?
Bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques et des canaux de communication, aisance rédactionnelle, force de proposition, qualité d’organisation, autonomie.
Excellent relationnel : intégration au comité DE DIRECTION et capacité d’adaptation aux interlocuteurs variés du site.
Bon niveau d’anglais.
