Key to achieving this is building a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities our clients face across all segments.  The Client Insights team plays an essential role in this – institutionalising our ability to listen to and engage with clients globally.We have an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of this new and evolving department – someone who can bring a unique perspective, ideally from the private banking, wealth management or digital banking sector – or even a consultant operating withing these sectors.As a senior member of the team, you will help us lead the development and implementation of initiatives that support the strategic business growth, improve customer experience and increase brand loyalty in the Distribution and Wealth segment.  This includes collaborating with various departments within the organization to drive client-centric thinking, undertaking research and leveraging market insights and direct client feedback to inform and affect the way we do business with our clients.If you have a passion for clients, enjoy working collaboratively, have an eye for the details and think critically, you could be just the person for us.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Client Insights Manager, you will support the Head of Client Insights & Innovation in building the teams’ roadmap for client centricity while delivering high impact market and segment insight and a range of proprietary research.This will include:·       Undertaking analysis on key priority segments (private banks, wealth managers and digital distributors) and themes (digital savings, ESG etc.). Sharing this knowledge across the organisation to influence business strategy and client communications.·       Undertaking competitor analysis and client satisfaction research to provide tangible insights and actionable recommendations·       Identifying opportunities to drive improvements in the brand experience - whether physical or digital - and hence increase customer engagement·       Supporting key partnership opportunities with direct client interaction and the development and animation of peer-to-peer groups for key client segments.·       Developing and implementing client segmentation and personas.Supporting the success of the function through collaboration and strong communication with various teams within the wider Wealth & Distribution division and the Amundi Group.
