Your role :

 

Allianz Trade for Multinationals Digital marketing & CRM specialist contributes to achieving sustainable growth and efficiency at Allianz Trade for Multinationals (AZT MNC) by participating in key initiatives, e.g. :
-As ROC for CRM Salesforce, by generating and distributing accurate business data, by creating bespoke reports and dashboards, by streamlining processes and activities for worldwide Distribution teams, for new business, portfolio management, upsell and cross sell. As owner of CRM for MNC, the role is participating to the execution of Group initiatives and projects to develop the CRM and the digital ecosystem, representing the specific requirements of the Multinational business.
-By participating to the execution of the Digital Marketing strategy for Multinationals, aiming to create brand awareness, to generate leads and to convert leads into meetings for Distribution

 

The role enables innovative digital & technical solutions to enhance MNC value proposition and marketing effectiveness, support CRM steering and increase MNC user adoption. Also, the position is responsible for the segmentation maintenance in the CRM (Salesforce) & Marketo, for marketing campaigns as well as the implementation of marketing automation processes & own and manage ad hoc marketing projects as needed, aiming at optimizing lead generation, nurturing and lead management.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing Management within the Allianz Trade for Multinationals Central Team in Paris.

 

 

 

Your missions : 

 

1. Data management 

- Regional CRM Super user: working closely with the business owner and MNC commercial teams, the incumbent implements agreed processes, supports registration of business achievements and activities in CRM tool (Salesforce.com), sets up alerts, reports and dashboards, gives guidelines and regular training to end users. The CRM requirements of AZT MNC are centralized in this function to be agreed upon with Allianz Trade Group CRM core business team. The role ensures data quality, business efficiency and monitoring of activities across the commercial area via a cross functional and multiple LoB CRM tool. 

The role is responsible for Salesforce.com and related business data for Allianz Trade for Multinationals organization to :

-ensure high-quality database, run mass data management actions, create standard and ad–hoc reports in line with business requirements. 
- track automated data integrations to ensure that data in the Marketing Automation system accurately reflects contacts’ status and preferences in CRM 
- ensure that data updates sent from the Marketing Automation system to the CRM are accurate and useful.  
- maintain the audience segmentation logic in the CRM using a variety of data sources (marketing automation).
- manage the automation of the customer journey with the data trigger selection and implementation in line with the business needs. 


2. Digital Marketing

Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of Digital marketing campaigns and the marketing automation tool (Marketo):
 - Work closely with the entire marketing team to execute marketing automation and custom marketing campaigns to help grow the business
 - Monitor lead generation campaigns across all marketing channels, including website, newsletters and social media
- Suggest ways of improving and optimising lead management.
- Create campaign reports and analyse performance for all digital Marketing channels
- Keep up to date with new features and functionalities in Marketo, Salesforce and marketing operations best practices, providing training and support to the team as needed
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day telemarketing operations with telemarketing agency and Distribution department
- Build out & optimize robust lead funnel and telemarketing / sales operations reporting
- Maintain CRM data quality and interactions visibility for Marketing sourced leads
- Work in partnership with the Sales and Telemarketing team to develop processes to improve inbound lead flow, qualification, nurturing, and meeting follow-up.
- Follow-up of sales ready leads with the distribution teams ensuring Sales cycle updates in the CRM

 

 

 

Knowledge / Experiences / Competencies required :

 

- At least 1-2 years' experience in processing and/or generation of leads.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM.
- Solid knowledge of traditional and Digital Marketing, as well as KPI analysis (conversion rate, number of qualified leads, etc.).
- Good project management skills (prioritization, planning, coordination, reporting)

- Strong analytical skills to distil large amounts of data into key points
- Able and willing to switch from strategic thinking to tactical support when required
- Alignment with a continuously evolving digital business strategy, working across internal departments and between Group and MNC regions
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership, multitasking, strong coordination skills   
- Proactivity and solution-oriented    
- Strong ability to communicate and convince across different functions and cultures
