About the client: Our Client has a strong commercial and operational structure that covers both Spain and Europe (with subsidiaries in Italy and Portugal) and allows them to manage the entire logistics chain. Its international presence is complemented by an extensive network of European partners and activity in both rail and maritime intermodal. Job description: Guarantee the normalization, standardization and compliance of procedures defined by our client that affect corporate tools. Support to the central and IT teams in the definition of processes, testing, implementation and start-ups. Carrying out training in processes, IT and continuous improvement for all staff at the center in those corporate tools that affect them. (Mainly ERP/CRM/HCM). Promote all projects with involvement in corporate tools, mobilizing the center and supporting all central departments that need their collaboration. Lead center projects and transfer information to the central department as required. How would look your every day : - Intervene and participate in the implementation of CGL strategic projects. - Work hand in hand with the company's transversal departments (IT, administration, HR, purchasing) to carry out implementations, process definitions and support in the start of new operations in your center. - Define/supervise training and deployment programs in the network of centers in the French operations area regarding corporate tools. - Pilot or participate in deployments of new processes and training reinforcements in the network of centers in the area of operations. - Develop and standardize processes within the logistics center. - Guarantee process audits in the network of centers in the operations. What would you need : - Analytical and communication skills - Understanding of complex processes. - Advanced use of Excel. - Results orientation - High decision-making capacity. - Oriented towards teamwork. - Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. - Experience in managing operational teams - Integrity and responsibility. - Knowledge of SQL is desirable - Knowledge is Salesforce and Business Central is desirable - Knowledge of LEAN or continuous improvement culture desirable. Requirements: Experience : more than 4 year of experience in operations, experience in logistic will be a plus.
