As Learning & Development Advisor you will be part of the HR team where you will work closely with the L&D Manager, the HR Business Partners and HR Operations to identify training needs and coordinate solutions that support the growth and development of our people.

You will be responsible for coordinating external and internal training courses, our online training platform and our inhouse development program, evaluating training effectiveness, reporting on training data and managing all training related communications.

Your responsibilities

•             Identify training needs and implement the training plan for all training initiatives to support individual, team and organizational growth.

•             Organize training sessions and programs in a practical way in order to guarantee optimal organization and registration of all courses. This entails managing administration, registration, organization and communication for all in-person training, blended programs and online learning.

•             Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and both external and internal partners to deliver high-quality training solutions.

•             Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, analyse feedback data and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs.

•             Work with key stakeholders to ensure that mandatory training compliance rates are consistently high.

•             Provide support to managers and employees to ensure successful training enrolment, registration and completion and implementation of training initiatives.

•             Develop and maintain a comprehensive training database and records management system.

•             Work and align with the other entities within Ayvens (LeasePlan and ALD) to align, standardize and share best practices regarding learning and development.

•             Together with the internal communication team deliver proper, on time and engaging internal communication regarding learning and development using a mix of channels.

Demande

•             Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

•             Minimum 3 years of experience within Learning and Development or within a similar role.

•             Strong analytical skills, being able to understand the value of data and being administratively strong.

•             Excellent in English (verbal & written)

•             Very good planning and organization skills.

•             Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•             Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

•             Facilitation skills and experience in (co-)facilitating group sessions.

•             Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be preferred. Our current LMS’s are Workday and My Learning.

The office location for this role is Amsterdam. We are currently working in a hybrid structure, combining working from home and at the office. As we value working as a team you will be required to work at the office at certain days of the week.
