Your Role: As a Master Thesis Candidate, you will have a dual role focused on Research & Development and Software Development. Your main task will be leading a machine learning research project in collaboration with a reputable laboratory, exploring the domain of large language models. Alongside this, you will contribute to the software development efforts at Rounded, applying your research findings to enhance our technology. This position offers a transition to a full-time opportunity upon successful completion, allowing a seamless integration within our organizational structure. Key Missions Lead a pivotal research project that aligns with Rounded's mission, potentially culminating in a publication in a top-tier conference. Foster and nurture partnerships with leading research institutes, enhancing our project's scientific value and recognition (including UC Berkeley and CNRS). Engineer new features and ensure the maintenance and evolution of our existing technology stack towards a more robust architecture. Deliver high-quality, production-ready code that meets our standards and our customers' expectations. We're Seeking Proficiency in Python Last year student from a top engineering school Solid understanding of Machine Learning. Experience in NLP is a plus. Sharp analytical and problem-solving ability. Collaborative nature, open to feedback, and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
