Omada is looking for its future Product Designer.
On Omada, Product Design is where all the magic happens when IT comes to translate unique concepts to life pushing the boundaries of how Omada look and feels to users, offering an innovative, passionate and immersive experience to users throughout the gaming world.
Product designers bring a passion for design thinking and execute on a variety of project types. They translate a creative product experience through UX, UI design and prototyping for motion and interaction.
At this moment, we are seeking for a Product Designer with a passion and understanding on the mobile gaming industry to create and develop concepts that are translated to medium-long term features for Omada.
Your primary focus will BE shaping our product's future and developing new concepts with a creative and out-of-the-box approach, reflecting a strong and immersive experience to our users.
This is a full-time remote role that offers the flexibility and can BE held from anywhere (preferably on an European Time Zone).
Your responsibilities
- Idealise an innovative future for Omada, working on new features and designing game mechanics that are fun and attract new users to an immersive experience.
- Translate the design of Production Hi-Fidelity : the nitty-gritty detailed layout and interface design of the product flows.
- Work closely with Lead Visual Designers by presenting your thinking and translating the most important and challenging parts of the solution.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers and product team members to foster innovation and ensure feasibility and fidelity of implementation.
Who you are
- A Product designer with a considerable and proven experience, familiarised with mobile gaming industry trends that thinks and develops solutions on a creative way.
- You're coming from the mobile gaming industry or have a passion for IT and understand how IT is reflected in a product perspective (think game mechanics, user engagement strategies and monetisation models).
- You have a portfolio of work that demonstrates a range of design skills and experience designing engaging products.
- Demonstrated understanding of UI/UX principles, best practices, and common design tools (read : Figma). Bonus points for interaction design skills (think Spline, Principle, or Framer, Origami).
- You are able to clearly communicate compelling design rationales.
- Driven to stay ahead of mobile best practices, developments and trends in mobile and iOS design.
- Bonus points if you also have specialised skills in creating key visual assists such as : illustration, 3D models, photography, custom type, etc.

Recruitment process
- A screening interview via Zoom (30 min) with Camille Lefrancq, Talent Acquisition Manager, to understand your motivations and answer your first questions.
- An interview via Zoom (1h) with Tiago Alexandrino, Lead Visual Designer to GO deeper into your background and make sure that our respective expectations are aligned.
- A practical case study to do at home.
- An interview via Zoom (1h) with Thomas Moreau, Product Manager and Adrien Dulong, COO of Omada.
- A final interview via Zoom (45min) with Adrien Miniatti, Founder and CEO of Luni with another person of the Omada team.
