Premiers jours sur site client pour présentation d’équipe, du besoin... et ensuite remote

Apres les deux mois de mission, quelques jours par mois pourront être demandés sur le long terme (2 à 3 jours)
CONTEXT
The Knowledge Management(KM) team is searching for an experienced candidate for a short-term mission to do non-technical writing and content editing.
The subject matter is around cyber security, physical security, health, safety and environment topics and are of the types of policies, business rules, guidelines, procedures, risk, controls and general information. The content is already available and have been written by our internal Subject Matter Experts (SME). Now we are looking for someone who can help us improve the quality and consistency in terms of language and format across all topics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review the quality and consistency of the documentation against our glossary but also against each other
Identify high level subject matters and opportunities for cross-referencing
Identify potential gaps in the documentation
Review and rewrite the controls so that they can be used in audits and assessments
Collaborate with the SMEs and the KM team to validate changes
Collaborate with the KM team on the translation of the content to French, identify potential revision of the termbase for French translation
Propose formats for online vs paper-based reading following the corporate guidelines
Upload the validated content to our CMS solution
QUALIFICATIONS
You are able to digest, collate and summarize information from different sources.
You have experience with risk and compliance material (examples above) and is able to write control descriptions that are clear and concise enough to be used in an audit
You are a native or fluent English speaker (preferably British English), knowledge of French would be a plus
You have experience using CMS tools for content editing (MadCap Flare would a be plus)
OTHER INFORMATION
The duration of the mission is estimated to a couple of months for the content in English but this will be revised with the writer. The rewriting of the controls will take priority and would ideally need to be completed by end of March.
