Main activities :
- Responsible for implementing the eCommerce strategy and development in respect with the brand identity and objectives
- Ability to work cross functionnally with key holders both in HQ and with the Regions
- Define and execute a clear activation and growth plan working cross functional in collaboration with relevant teams (marketing, communication, retail, etc.) and key stakeholders
- Provides inputs and proactively suggests ways to optimize the online marketing and site activation initiatives calendar
- Accountable for the online merchandising strategy working closely with the merchandising team and the regional ones with a strong focus on:
o Ensure that online merchandising plans support key strategic initiatives, launches, top-sellers, seasonal campaigns and trends.
o Collaborate on the development of open-to-buy inventory and purchasing plans and budgets to ensure a successful execution of all the business activities
o Examine and assess category merchandising strategies of key competitors and best-in-class online retailers to understand emerging trends and developments.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team and agencies to support traffic-driving initiatives, (SEO, paid, affiliate, email, etc) and to drive the channel growth
- Oversee the management of the ecommerce website, including the development of new features and functionality to improve customer experience and drive sales
- Manage the ecommerce team and provide leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of ecommerce projects
- Analyze and report ecommerce performance metrics and use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance
