Mission

The Scientific and Technical Support manager is the representative and the person responsible for the Scientific and Technical Support department activities and organization. The scientific support team manages clients and distributors requests on scientific related subjects connected with the use of the complete Stilla Technologies product portfolio. The scientific support team provides customer support on Stilla Technologies' products. He/She stratifies the scientific support requirements based on requests related to Technical Support and manages field Technical Support activities with Field Service Engineers (FSE). He/She takes responsibility in the coordination as well as the direct execution to implement improvements of the scientific service and support organization, structure and Stilla internal processes related in accordance with the QMS.
Missions & main duties
-Ensure customers satisfaction through support and maintenance activities.
-Develop strategies to improve the processes and level of service provided by the after-sales service.
-Supervise and manage after-sales service personnel and ensure quality and service standards are met.
-Track and analyze trends in customer feedback and maintenance activities in order to identify common issues and resolve them.
-Manage stocks and inventories of spare parts and products.
- Develop and implement quality and control processes to ensure that after- sales service is running efficiently.
- Reporting on the performance and quality indicators of the Scientific and Technical Support and take the appropriate actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws related to data protection and the use of products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure an optimal level of service.
- Be responsible for remote phone/email support of Stilla Technologies' product portfolio for internal and external customers and recording of customer issues.
- Handle inquiries from customers and distributors on scientific issues related to the use of Stilla Technologies products.
- Provide support for optimized use of Stilla Technologies equipment and products.
- Provide assistance and support to the team of application specialists.

Profil recherché


- Has a MSc Degree/PhD in Life Sciences; Molecular Biology; Biochemistry or equivalent.
-Has an Extensive Knowledge and experience in PCR and qPCR applications (products & instrumentation).
-Has a Potential experience in the digital PCR field.
-Has a Solid experience in management of client's support.
-Has Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English, any other language (German; Spanish; etc..) is an advantage.
-Has an Excellent computer and networking knowledge (Microsoft office).
-Has the Ability to operate effectively with different professionals in an international team environment and on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
-Has Knowledge of Quality Controls (QMS) or servicing laboratory instrumentation an asset.
