The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.

How you will make your mark…

  • Applying total rewards subject matter expertise in multiple areas of specialization to design and implement total rewards programs of high complexity.

  • Managing the total rewards function within a region by aligning regional programs with overall compensation and benefits strategy; may contribute to development of total rewards strategy.

  • Developing relationships with key business and functional leaders.

  • Contributing to compensation or benefits projects that impact employees in multiple countries, regions, and/or businesses.

  • Being accountable for impact analysis of compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.

  • Projecting manage benefits delivery including partnering with vendors.

  • Conducting due diligence and submit recommendations for MADO transactions.

About you…

  • University degree

  • 6+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.

  • Strong systematic understanding of total rewards systems, as well as other HR functions.

  • In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.

  • Strong financial and business acumen.

  • Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $83,500.00 - $192,100.00
