Your LittleBig mission if you accept it: You will be responsible for matching customers and experts: Analyze and challenge the BU's customer needs; Identify and qualify technical profiles; Establish the candidate community management strategy with the help of Community Success; Work closely with Account Managers to master their business perimeter and position our community within it; Accompany candidates right up to the start of their assignment. You're the ideal candidate if : ✔️ You have initial experience or an appetite for recruitment / sourcing; ✔️ You have excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills; ✔️ You're looking for a team adventure, responsibility and autonomy; ✔️ In addition to your mother tongue, you have a good command of English; ✔️ Experience in the IT world and abroad is a plus; ✔️ You have an engineering or university degree (BAC5) or equivalent, and are keen to work in a scale-up environment; ✔️ Proficiency in generative AI, such as ChatGPT or Poe.com, is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
