AXA GO is looking for a Travel Manager Lead to act as a general counsel to the AXA GO contacts managing travel around the world. The ideal candidate will validate non-compliant trips, ensure the travelers' satisfaction, and gather feedback.

As a Travel Manager Lead, you will be responsible for communicating the travel process and procedures, preparing and distributing travel-related communications to the business, training travelers on Group Travel Tools, and supporting travelers in case of disruption during their trip.

In back-office, in coordination with Procurement, Finance, and providers, you will be the unique interface for GO countries in coordination with Group Procurement. You will centralize local requirements, contribute yearly to the Hotel/Air program, ensure SLAs are met with travel suppliers, and resolve any reported issues with the travel management company. Additionally, you will follow GO Travel KPIs provided by Group Procurement and contribute to the continuous improvement of travel processes, policies, tools, rules, set-up, and processes such as online booking tools, offline processes, budgeting initiatives, business plan initiatives, and miscellaneous projects related to travel.

As a Travel Manager Lead, you will support the continuous improvement of travel management activities by contributing to Travelers Tracking tool implementation in coordination with AXA GO PT teams and Group physical security. You will also contribute to the deployment of AXA Group Travel Agencies across GO countries in coordination with Group Procurement and lead a benchmark and regular communication with other division's Travel Managers such as AXA IM, AXA XL, etc.

Your Profile

Education/Qualifications

             Master 2 level

 

Experience

             6 to 8 years of experience in a previous Travel manager role/Similar position

             Travel Industry background, with tools support and functional skills

 

Knowledge and Skills

             Project Management skills

             Fluent in both French and English

             Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to create, maintain, and alter reports.

             Interest in Technology & tools (ideally knowledge of Travel Online Booking tools)

             Previous knowledge/understanding of Travel Agency Operations and Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

             Good listening and ability to speak functionally
