As a Accounting & Reporting Analyst-Payable for Finance Services Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for payment processing, ensuring accurate processing and tracking.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for monthly closing, performing necessary activities within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Executing analysis and reports as assigned and taking appropriate action as necessary
• Compling with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participating in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation
• Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction

Your background

• College student, major in Finance and Accounting.
• Good oral and written English
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy. good written and verbal communication skills
• Good Microsoft office skill. Macros and desktop skill is preferred
• Easy going, optimistic, patient, persevering, good inter-personal skills, with result orientation and customer orientation
