As an Admin Intern for Robotics & Discrete Automation business, you will be responsible for supporting admin team in documenting and administrative tasks and supportive duties assigned by team members. Reporting to Department Manager, you will be gathering market information from internal and external sources. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing documentation and assists in researching, compiling, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents
• Responds to manager or employee queries and manages both incoming and outgoing correspondence for the business
• Acting as location support for all administration activities
• Implementing ABB processes and engaging with other team members for continuous improvement of processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Assisting in the planning and coordination in organizing seminars exhibitions
• Supporting for marketing activities such as translating and writing PR articles, brochures for internal & external magazines and websites
• Supporting to check and design marketing materials
• Learning and applying ABB branding and marketing communication tools & policies in daily activities

Your background

• Senior students or fresh graduates holding university degrees in marketing/ economics/business administration or other related majors
• Accumulative GPA is minimum at 7.0/10 or 2.5/4.0
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and computer literacy
