Ouvrir un hôtel est une grande aventure surtout lorsque celui-ci a une belle histoire à raconter dans sa Rive Gauche de toujours.
RESUME DU POSTE
L’Agent de Sûreté assure la sécurité des biens et personnes dans l’ensemble des locaux de l’hôtel/congrès/restaurant dans le cadre des procédures sûreté et du règlement intérieur.
Il a pour missions principales :
Surveiller les principaux accès au bâtiment,
Effectuer des rondes régulières en application du plan sûreté Marriott en cours,
Assurer la gestion des cartes d’accès en chambre,
Assister les clients lors d’un disfonctionnement du coffre en chambre,
Procéder aux investigations lors de la déclaration d’une perte ou d’un vol,
Appliquer la procédure transport de fonds pour assister l’associé en charge des manipulations d’argent,
Procéder à des contrôles inopinés de prise en compte des cartes d’accès dans les services concernés,
Reporter toutes anomalies ou incidents sur le support adéquat (Main courante, rapport écrit et/ou oral),
Porter assistance à toute personne nécessitant une aide.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
Expérience dans le domaine de la sûreté,
Excellent présentation,
Bonne connaissance de la langue Française et Anglaise,
Des qualités comme l’honnêteté, l’intégrité, la maîtrise de soi et la discrétion sont indispensables,
Avoir un bon sens du relationnel afin d’écouter, de comprendre et répondre aux attentes des clients,
Sens des responsabilités et capacité à analyser une situation pour apporter la meilleure solution.
