Emeria is looking to hire an Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst Apprentice in order to reinforce its growing Corporate Development team based in Paris.
The position is an exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic team at the heart of all key M&A, Financing and Corporate Communication topics.

# ANALYSING : gather, diligence, and present information on potential acquisition targets;
# EXECUTING : participate in all aspects of the full transaction cycle; financial modelling, project structuring, LOI, due diligence, transaction management, integration preparation;
# CONNECTING : create relationships internally and externally with business stakeholders and counterparties with whom you will build the investment case
