Position: Finance Franchise Operation Analyst - Apprentice
Department: Finance Franchise Operation
Location: Paris
Duration: Minimum of one year, starting from September 2024
Join our Finance department!
As our new Apprentice Finance Analyst (for Franchise Operation) you will play a vital role in providing detailed financial analysis and support to operation teams and Finance teams.
Working closely with the Finance Franchise Operation Director, you will be a business partner to key stakeholders, contributing to the day-to-day business through change and transformation to foster future growth.
What will you do?
* Maintain a system of accounts under USALI (United System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) compliance for accurate reporting from franchised hotels.
* Produce KPI reports and conduct analysis to support franchise operation and finance management teams.
* Control KPIs and conduct variance analysis across dedicated scopes.
* Provide financial analysis, data trends, and market information to anticipate needs and maximize financial return.
* Support change and transformation initiatives to improve operational outcomes.
Qualifications
Who are you?
* Ongoing master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
* Strong analytical skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* At ease with interacting and communicating with others (team, internal and external stakeholders, …)
* Native-level proficiency in French
