Partner with the best
You will be responsible for maintaining assigned Baker Hughes Assets. You will be a key player of Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul (AMO) for Completion & Wellbore Intervention team. You will be working on 28 days on 28 days off rotation basis.
As an Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Base Coordinator (Completion & Wellbore Intervention), you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the utmost importance to a positive safety culture of team is embraced and lived every day.
Ensuring full compliance with internal policy and procedure.
Managing a team of 4 PNG National AMO Technicians.
Managing and planning the ‘asset redress cycle’ pro-actively.
Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.
Liaising with WH&Y & logistics personnel as needed to ensure on time delivery.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Technical diploma and at least 7 years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function in Completions & Wellbore Intervention business.
Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul for Liner, Completion and Wellbore Intervention Tools.
Have assembly, maintenance & overhaul process knowledge and skills.
Have a great attitude, leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
Have current or previous experience in team management / supervisory
Be able to read and understand the English language.
Be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
Have extensive knowledge and expertise on hydraulic circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults.
