Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Base Coordinator (Completion & Wellbore Intervention)

Partner with the best

You will be responsible for maintaining assigned Baker Hughes Assets. You will be a key player of Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul (AMO) for Completion & Wellbore Intervention team. You will be working on 28 days on 28 days off rotation basis.

As an Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Base Coordinator (Completion & Wellbore Intervention), you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the utmost importance to a positive safety culture of team is embraced and lived every day.

  • Ensuring full compliance with internal policy and procedure.

  • Managing a team of 4 PNG National AMO Technicians.

  • Managing and planning the ‘asset redress cycle’ pro-actively.

  • Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.

  • Liaising with WH&Y & logistics personnel as needed to ensure on time delivery.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Technical diploma and at least 7 years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function in Completions & Wellbore Intervention business.

  • Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul for Liner, Completion and Wellbore Intervention Tools.

  • Have assembly, maintenance & overhaul process knowledge and skills.

  • Have a great attitude, leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.

  • Have current or previous experience in team management / supervisory

  • Be able to read and understand the English language.

  • Be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.

  • Have extensive knowledge and expertise on hydraulic circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults.
