Description de l'emploi
- Work closely with Collision Manager to oversee all daily operations of the collision center to ensure delivery of excellent results quarter after quarter, month after month, on all aspects of customers, people, operations, and financials. Partner with the Collision Manager to scale and grow the production of the shop in support of company targets
- Manage resource scheduling, allocation, customer experience, estimates and file quality
- Provide regular coaching and feedback and have a deep knowledge of your team’s strengths and opportunities. You will be responsible for leading change and inspiring your team every day
- Provide effective daily communication in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals. Communicate to employees all issues that affect the service center and overall service organization
- Responsible for selecting team members and ensuring they receive the required training
- Conduct regularly scheduled one on one developmental meetings with team members to facilitate their professional development and leveling in charge your career
- Monitor training needs/requirements of the team and individuals and coordinate training as required in partnership with training team resources
Demande
- Professional experience: 5-8 years of experience in management within the collision industry
- Solution oriented, demonstrating a high ability to identify root cause of problems and develop solutions with excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire team to achieve business targets
- Capable of self-managing and working independently in limited supervision environments
- Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures and estimates
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the collision repair of vehicles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions. Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings weekends and holidays
- Experience with Microsoft Office, understanding of repair estimates
