What does this program consist of?
This developmental program is for recently graduated engineers who want to build a thorough understanding of a growing and transforming industry. During a 24-month program, you will complete several tailored rotations of 6 months within our Manufacturing, Operations and Corporate teams. The rotations will provide you with valuable perspective on operational management and leadership in a global luxury company.
The rotations will take place at our sites in Switzerland (Geneva, la Chaux de Fonds, Villars sur Glâne, Le Locle), in France (Paris) and/or in Italy. You will be immersed in different environments, such as our jewelry and watchmaking manufacturing, supply-chain operations as well as our business management activities. Together, these rotations will constitute a solid foundation for a career at Cartier.

What profiles are we looking for?
This Graduate Program is for recently graduated engineers, including those with a double diploma from a business school. We are looking for candidates with a passion for creations of timeless beauty, a drive for technical excellence and a strong innovative spirit to push the boundaries of our creativity and our technical achievements.
You will need to be geographically mobile across Switzerland, France and Italy during the program. You are fluent in French and English.
