Lead Consultant, Business Analyst

Function: Operations

Location: Belfort, France

Responsibilities

· Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

· Documentation: Documenting requirements, specifications, and processes using tools such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and solutions.

· Stakeholder Management: Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and deliverables.

· Change Management: Managing changes to requirements, scope, and priorities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and involved.

· Quality Assurance: Working with testing teams to ensure that developed solutions meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.

· Project Management Support: Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and identifying risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

· Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.

· Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating processes, systems, and solutions to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

· Domain Expertise: Developing expertise in the relevant industry or business domain to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

· Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications

· Experience of 3 to 5Yrs as Project Planner/Lead coordinator with client

· Proven experience in performance of Scheduling accountabilities.

· Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies, Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, Manage risk and issue. Lead review with stakeholder

· Ability to shoulder responsibility, achieve team goals and Devising strategies to overcome roadblocks in process to meet Vision and strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • · Should be able to work independently.

· Consulting experience

· Customer handling experiences

  • · Strong attention to detail
