AdresseThis position supports APAC countries on achieving both operational and financial performance of supply chain and customer service, by enhancing data visibility to all stakeholders, improving process efficiency, mitigating risks and providing timely advice from business analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish dashboards and reports by using business intelligence for operational and financial performance of APAC supply chain and customer service
- Streamline process and automate data flow to enhance efficiency of data maintenance for higher productivity
- Deliver performance results of APAC supply chain and customer service to all stakeholders regularly, ensuring the highest level of data integrity
- Serve as a contact point in APAC for solving inquiries associated with data / performance raised by local countries.
- Provide sophisticated analysis on business performance to cope with business changes
- Serve as a key conduit to business users for requirements of ERP system (e.g. SAP, Business Object) by communicating and coordinating with IT team and users
- Other assigned ad-hoc tasks
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative background such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Finance
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within a commercial environment
- Strong prior experience in business intelligence tool (e.g. Power BI), data management and project management
- Ability to simplify from complex analysis to present to a wide range of audiences
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and good team player. Ability to lead a small team.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, proactive and self-motivated. Attention to details. Meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Knowledge of ERP packages (SAP, Oracle) and business data warehouse platforms. Knowledge of Excel VBA and Dodeca for Essbase is a plus.
