Participate in the steering of C&C throughout the Group by ensuring successful implementation of enhanced claims and collection processes and governance, quality standards, KPI's. Contribute to Group projects involving C&C topics.
Participate in the steering of C&C throughout the group by ensuring successful implementation of enhanced claims and collection processes and governance, quality standards, KPI's
- Participate in C&C guidelines and standards and central C&C steering of regions and Bus
- Follow-up and timely report to various stakeholders large C&C cases and/or involving more than one region. Provide timely and high quality ad-hoc reporting on large claims to various stakeholders, i.e. AZ Trade Board, AZ, Reinsurance, etc.
- Review and update KPI's related to quality standards
- C&C Networking (focus on selected issues/projects)
- Identify and spread best practices
- Provide C&C business expertise to other functions in particular in relation to projects or products
- Work closely with O&C team to ensure new produts and systems are aligned with C&C standards, governance and KPIs
- Build C&C trainings in coordination with Quality Standards Training team
- Review adequate implementation by regions/OEs of Group Standards and identify training needs
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators for Regions and agree on improvement actions in case of deviations
- Monitor collection activity and performance
- Follow-up with Regional Heads of C&C and organize Business Reviews in Regions /OEs
- Business expertise:
- Good claim assessment skills, good knowledge of local legal and insolvency practices and working knowledge of international practices.
- Interest in financial & economic topics
- Interpersonal skills:
- Project and change management skills
- Good communicator (internal/external)
- Market knowledge:
- Good knowledge of customer practise and competitors products which enables identification of business improvement opportunities
