Purpose/Objective:

The position of Clinical Research national manager is expected to develop, plan, implement and lead the LBS Clinical Sales in order to achieve sales targets.

Area of Responsibilities:

Responsible for business planning and strategy execution, driving business growth in Clinical Research.Establish excellent operational systems, closely monitor the performance, and seek continuous improvement Take in charge of sales forecasts and analysis and develop plans to maximize sales opportunities.Monitor competitive activities and customer response and provide feedback to management.Routine customer visit and firm relationship with key customers.Facilitate the sales activities and monitor the sales performance of dealers, including daily dealer management.Organize or cooperate with the Marketing Department to carry out marketing activities such as exhibitions, academic conferences and new product launches.Cooperate with Commerce Department and Finance Department to review the orders of agents, coordinate the order entry system, urge the payment collection and delivery.

Person Specification

University degree or above; No less than 8 years’ sales management experience  at least 5 years’ management experience ; Ability to deliver clear presentation and speak to internal & external groups; Fluent in English & Chinese writing & speaking; Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint); Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, capability of working independently.
