The role of the Corporate Responsibility team is therefore to demonstrate how AXA IM walks the talk as a business and employer, acting in a responsible and sustainable manner with all key audiences. The team leverages the research, insight, activity and commitments of both AXA Group and AXA IM to develop a roadmap and calendar of activity to define priorities, track progress and measure our impact as an organization. More recently, the addition of ESG development to the Head of Communications and Corporate Responsibility's role has developed a new mission for the team which is to support the XXX of CSR and Responsible Investment and to engage in the best way to bring our commitments forward in disclosure and extra financial reporting, in agreement with business units and the AXA Group. Key accountabilities: Support the planning, development and communication of AXA IM's progress monitor and extra financial reporting • With the CSR and ESG development Manager, manage the appropriate governance for efficient evolution of our KPI's in line with business and Group objectives • Manage the collection of KPIs and their rationale and work towards their publishing externally in coordination with the communication teams or an agency • Competitor analysis to benchmark AXA IM versus peers in publishing ESG targets Support the development of the Sustainability community • Help develop the ESG day event for March/April • Support the development of the ESG community through thought leadership when appropriate • Find relevant ways to bring together CSR and Responsible Investment teams, goals and areas of interest and focus ESG and CSR assets with the communications team • Work with creative teams and agencies to bring the Progress Monitor to life • Help rationalize and develop the various publications around sustainability and align with expected impact, AXA Group assets and business unit productions for optimal sequence and visibility Engagement with AXA group and other AXA Entities on reporting • Work diligently to communicate and showcase the progress made against AXA targets, highlighting the positive impact of our initiatives. • Collaborate with various teams and departments to source accurate updates on business activity so that reporting is accurate and timely. Ensure our activities are in line with those of AXA Group through contributions and network calls. • Participate in the formulation of innovative and sustainable solutions that align with AXA IM's commitment to environmental responsibility. Your Profile SHARE your unique expertise • Strong project management skills - ability to maintain material/plans and presentations with updated information and data. • Strong analytical skills : being metrics and financially savvy as well as able to question the numbers and put them into context. • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to syndicate with stakeholders effectively • An interest in responsible investment, Corporate responsibility and sustainability topics - engagement and curiosity in these areas is important • Effective business partnering - ability to collaborate and maintain trust based relationships with key stakeholders • Multi tasking - a need to work on many activities simultaneously and be aware of multiple deadlines • A positive and confident personality , happy to work with senior stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • An interest and knowledge of financial services / asset management • Good knowledge of IT tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) About AXA The AXA Group is a global leader in insurance and asset management, with 160,000 employees serving 105 million customers in 62 countries.
