Contexte :
CRM Data scientist collaborate closely with business stakeholders (could be leaders) and other key players to comprehend objectives and identify data-driven strategies for achieving those objectives.
His job is to identify, collect, gather and analyze a large and diverse amount of data.
He is comfortable to isolate essential information, and then utilize digital and CRM tools to create value.
He can extract insights that may be used to increase the productivity and efficiency of the business.
Part of a very distributed team, he is very easy to work with in French and English.
Missions :
The following is a list of some of his roles and responsibilities:
Collect data and identify data sources (1st & 3rd party data)
Analyze big amounts of data, both structured and unstructured
Create solutions and strategies to business problems
Work with team members and leaders to develop data strategy
Present data using various data visualization techniques
Investigate additional technologies and tools for developing innovative data strategies
Create comprehensive analytical solutions, from data gathering to display; assist in the construction of data engineering pipelines
Supporting the scrum team member with his/her data expertise, business analysts, (BI) developers, product owner…etc.
To boost general effectiveness and performance, stay current with the newest tools, trends, and technologies
Collaborating with the product team and partners to provide data-driven solutions
Create analytics solutions for businesses by combining various tools, applied statistics, and machine learning
Architect, implement, and monitor data pipelines, as well as conduct knowledge sharing sessions with peers to ensure effective data use
Profil recherché :
At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist
English (Read, write, listen, speak) is mandatory
Team spirit to collaborate with Business and IT teams
Strong digital culture (especially about CRM)
Technical skills (Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Customer Data Platform (CDP)
