Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital technology study, identify, and implement digital products and solutions to improve customer experiences.
  • Responsible for tech design, specification & documentation.
  • Hands on development and coding and provide guidance and support to development team in resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to development team as appropriate.
  • Build, Deploy and Administrate Red Hat OpenShift v4.7+ platform.
  • Establish effective partnerships with business and IT representatives so that solutions meet business objectives.

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 7 years solid experience in software development in large scale projects preferably in digital experience disciplines, which minimum 3 years’ experience in team lead role 
  • Self-motivated to master new IT technologies.
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience is required across following areas:
    • Web development (VueJS, ReactJS, Node.js, LoopBack, Restful API, etc.)
    • API development (Restful API)
    • Development tools (GIT, Maven, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Jenkins)
    • Kubernetes and Cloud (Azure, OpenShift, Docker, Pods, Containers)
    • Business Rules Management System (Red Hat Decision Manager) [Optional]
    • Red Hat Linux basics [Optional]
    • Agile development model
  • Good command of Cantonese, written and spoken English.
  • Good analytical, inter-personal and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic and able to perform in stressful and challenging environment.
