Adresse- Basic order entry to allow senior team to enter complex orders (software/data renewals)
- Basic order entry to allow senior team to cross train (project team integration)
- Reviewing/boxing/shredding cabinets full of old data per retention policy
- Issue RMAs and RMA Labels upon Customer request
- Create and Send Quotes for Solar Sensor Calibrations when RMAs are sent
- Create and Send Quotes for Hydro Products with Flat Rate Repair Costs when RMA number is provided.
- Receive, save and enter PO into SalesForce RMA when customer approve RMA Repair or Calibration quotes
- Create Commercial Invoices for International Shipments
- Prepare Documents and Ship Lufft and Kipp & Zonen products that require Factory repair or Calibration to those locations
- Mark Status in SalesForce RMA as Vendor (and enter date sent to vendor in Notes)
- Receive quote from Lufft and Kipp & Zonen for Factory repairs from those locations and determine price to quote customer.
- Save Lufft or K&Z quote to SalesForce RMA
- Create repair Customer Quote for Lufft & K&Z Factory repairs, send to Customer and request approval & PO
- Save quote to SalesForce RMA
- When Approval is received from customer for Lufft & K&Z factory repairs, create Order required by Lufft & K&Z so they will complete and return those RMAs
- Save Approval/Order quote to SalesForce RMA
