Data Governance Manager (H/F)

emagine is looking for a Data Governance Manager, for one of its end customer.
Location : Paris 75
Start Date : As Soon As Possible
Full time on hybrid mode (onsite and remote)
Context :
The implementation of the Data framework aims to supports Data Governance and Data Quality processes deployment across the company.
Data Office is also involved in project lifecycle management to support the program and project managers on applying Data By Design on their programs/projects.
Mission :
Act as Data ambassador service and support operationally Data Business Owners implement Data Quality Processes on business-critical data for several Data Domains (Finance, Procurement, IT, Security, HR).
It includes also participating to Data By Design process and accompany several programs/projects (number depending of the size of the project) to ensure data is manage as expected against the Standards
Role will include:
o Enforce Data strategy by ensuring Data Standards are defined and implemented. Minimum required are a Data Governance policy, a Data Quality framework, Data By Design framework supported by Data documentation.
o Implement and support Data by Design process along with Data Architects, Data Privacy Officer and other stakeholders.
o Support Business Data Owners & Data Stewards in their Data management activities, including implementation of data frameworks in their data domain.
o As a data quality manager, support the implementation of the data quality framework.
o As Data Privacy 1st line of defense, monitor and enforce compliance with the requirements and rules on personal data.
o Monitor accesses to data on Data Platforms through a dedicated governance with privacy and security support.
o Provide evidence for internal controls on data management controls

- Data Governance deployment roadmaps on Data Domains
- Data Action Plans
- Data Domain Maturity Assesments
- Data quality dashboards
Profile required :
Data Governance Manager Confirmed with At least 7 years of experience in the role
Experience in an international environnement and in a complex centralized and decentralized organisation.
Bilingual English.
