As our Graphic Designer II, you will combine your experience, problem solving abilities, and creativity to bring to life the seasonal creative narratives through graphic design that is trend relevant to the consumer across performance and lifestyle product! You will build original graphic designs that appropriately reflect Nike's design ethos. The designs you build will be industry leading, trend right and will consistently incorporate consumer/athlete insights through powerful storytelling, emotional connectivity and relevance!

What you will work on

You will work heavily in Photoshop on photo manipulation, and illustrator as well as working on l image creation and graphic schematics. You will also proactively follow the execution of all product details, including providing the appropriate materials to designers, developers, and account managers. For textiles, you will produce textile repeats for production purposes. You will communicate and present design concepts; produce presentation materials in conjunction with design and activity teams that effectively communicates the concept behind the line for internal and external audiences.

Who you will work with

On a day to day basis you will be working to support the Footwear color and materials designers.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphics, or other relevant design field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At Least 2 years of graphics design experience, Previous graphic design experience on product is preferred
  • Proven ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, color theory, use of color palettes and texture, spacing, and scale, visual presentation development.
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to trends influencing design in general, and the athletic industry specifically.
  • Demonstrated high level of expertise using graphic design software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in local market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
  • Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design teams, share ideas and develop effective responses.
  • Proven ability to work in a constantly evolving, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple work priorities, demands, and change
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Miro Understanding of the Footwear Product Creation process, a plus.
