As part of the development of our maintenance 4.0 activity, ABB is recruiting its Predictive Maintenance Technician/Digital Tech Support.You will be responsible for the operational management of the remote monitoring technical cell, provide level 1 support and ensure that recommendations are implemented to improve the reliability and availability of variable speed drives (Drives).

Your responsibilities
- Supervising the proper operation of the monitored variable speed drives.
- Analyzing and identify signs of failure and recommend corrective action.
- Providing remote technical assistance.
- Making requests to the Field Service team.
- If necessary, carrying out maintenance operations.
- Writing expert reports on equipment.
- Ensuring the deployment of new remote monitoring installations.
- Promoting the digital offer in support of service sales representatives.
Your background
- At least 2 years of higher education in electrical engineering.
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service.
- Reading, writing and speaking English: minimum level B1 as well as fluent French.
- Autonomy, availability, rigor, mobility, responsiveness, good customer relations.
- Customer, market and improvement orientation.
- Responsibility and performance.
- No obstacles to travel (10 - 20%).
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
