Do you have what it takes to be part of our team?What you?ll be responsible for:Prepare org for future scale-up on platforms beyond YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat (notably IGTV, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, Pinterest)Maximize the number of views on these platforms in respect of a predefined budget approved quarterly with senior management: plan activity, oversee post-production, publish- Report performances and dig into data to test-learn-scale on winning strategies, codify and diffuse themDefine long-term strategy and roadmap for Jellysmack to drive business on these platforms using our competitive advantages (data, tech, short-form video expertise, roaster of top creators): value proposition, go-to-market, tech & people enablers, operating modelBuild & lead a team of managers, one per platform - each managing dedicated operational resources to deliver (Video Editors, Community Managers, Content Strategists, Copy checkers, IP specialists, Growth Hackers, ...)A little about you:Graduate from a top-tier Engineering or Business school6+ years of experience in high-impact project management or previous experience in a consulting role (2-4 years)Strong managerial experience (20+ people)Solid leadership skillsOrganized, hard-working, and with a strong work ethicStrong interest or curiosity for the creator economy and social mediaExcellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)Our ?Work from Anywhere? philosophy:Jellysmack believes in a flexible work environment in which anyone can work from anywhere.
