To strengthen our team, we are looking for a EDS Engineering Leader.

Description of main missions, within ‘Wire Harness Design Engineering’ department:

• Manage wire harnesses Design Engineering Team for an EDS project

• Main technical interface with customer (Stellantis)

• Guarantee the reliability of the technical data (input / output) & robustness of WH design. Responsible for design Key Performance Indicators of the project.

• Lead engineering activities, ensure continuous improvements, manage Design to cost, DFM and associated actions plans.

Expected Skills:

• Experienced in leadership & coordination of Wire Harnesses projects, preferably with modular (KSK) design

• Excellent nommunication and relationship skills

• Fluent in French and English
