The Skill expert will support the Squad \"Skills management\" in its various sprints, mainly concerning the following topics of a skills management system implementation :
Reconfirm needs and priorities
Draw end to end processes for each persona involved, highlighting benefits
Propose configuration options and support the customer in making technical and functional decisions
Assist the customer with project reverse planning
Configure the defined solution and reconfigure changes reported during test iterations
Support the customer in deploying the solution to the end users
The configurations will be as standard as possible; the use of customization will be limited (Workday extend may be an option).
