The GiCS Experts Unit QC Pharma control team has an unfixed-term opening. The main mission is to provide training, coaching and technical support to local and regional customer service teams and distributors, and be the technical voice of customers for the 3P® ENTERPRISE solution, its related components, and culture media used by pharmaceutical customers, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to bioMérieux’s commercial success and business growth.

3P® ENTERPRISE is bundling 3 specifics products: 3P Station as an equipment, 3P CONNECT as a software and 3P plates as a media. This comprehensive environment offers a high technical exposure to the role and requires technical openness.

Main responsibilities :

Field Support

  • Provides second-level emergency support to subsidiaries and distributors for complaints, questions, or suggestions,
  • Provides field basic and advanced support,
  • Contributes to action plans for critical field issues and/or contribute to working groups.

Training

  • Facilitates learning plan including training & coaching for subs & distributors to deliver services at customer site,
  • Assesses quality of training program and proficiency level of trainees,
  • Contributes to the design and development of global tools for subs and distributors to support customers and optimize local services,
  • Creates and updates training modules following GiCS/GCS processes, including in digital format,
  • Creates and facilitates a customized learning plan for subsidiaries as needed,
  • Manages delocalized training,
  • Reviews and contributes to the evaluation process of learners and provides an action plan to ease knowledge acquisition,
  • Qualifies regional hub or training centers trainers when required
  • Delivers personalized ad-hoc coaching.

Range management

  • Contributes to product development projects,
  • Contributes to new product launches or evolutions:  Executes assigned tasks and provides deliverables related to all GiCS-related functions (investigation team, project management team, system testing and support team, IT ),
  •  Provides feedback on product/service improvement to projects and programs,
  • Contributes to continuous improvements to the current products and related services, training materials, and service tools,
  • Maintain and promote global service tools and documentation,
  • Creates customer global communications related to product evolutions according bioMérieux specific pharmaceutical and cosmetics customers change notification procedure,
  • Manages a community of local field Application Specialists for knowledge sharing and problem-solving,
  • Designs & leads action plans and task forces as needed related to critical field issues,
  • Makes decisions and action plans for resolution - Executes, advises, makes proposals, develops, and reviews service delivery offers and updates.

General

  • Represents the Global Industry Customer Service and promotes its activities when interacting with other departments or functions,
  • Reviews and contributes to operational excellence analysis and provides an action plan to standardize & optimize bioMérieux local services,
  • Represents bioMérieux at congresses.

Who are you ?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in microbiology  or 5-7 years of experience in a related department or industry
  • Technical Knowledge of culture media for the pharmaceutical industry and related automation or equivalent solution
  • Ability to perform culture media-related lab work and analysis in a BSL 2 lab
  • Good teaching skills, experience in training and coaching in a technical environment,
  • Pedagogical skills, ability to design a training program with the support of the digital team,
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical customers' environment required, passed experience in GxP environment is a plus,
  • Demonstrated practice in product and/or process validation, experience in development and/or validation of analytical methods is a plus,
  • IT and connectivity experience as a key user or equivalent project experience
  • Familiarity or understanding of bioproduction and cell and gene therapies customer’s environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of installed base customer service reporting tools such as SAP and Sales Force is a plus
  • Ability to work in an international and transversal environment,
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize, Quality-oriented and rigorous
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Problem-solving, positive mindset, Collaborative and partnership-oriented
  • Fluent in English is a must-have / Fluent in French
