Our Clinical Operations Department is looking for an Immunology Application Specialist who will work within the Expert Unit Immunology department and will report to the Global Customer Service Manager within a team of 5 employees.


What is your mission at bioMerieux?

 

To manage training, coaching and technical support for bioMérieux subsidiaries and distributors, for immunology products
Execute customer service missions required by project teams
Contribute to the launch and support of services and products
Contribute to the development of products and services by representing the technical voice of the customer to subsidiaries and distributors, and optimizing local service Contribute and facilitate a customized training plan for subsidiaries according to their needs
Create and update training modules (face-to-face, blended or E-Learning) following customer service processes
Conduct remote or face-to-face training
Contribute to the continuous improvement of current products/services, training materials and service tools
Contribute to continuous product improvement and provide feedback to the GCS PMO Provide emergency support for Immunology range reagents to subsidiaries/distributors Work closely with the investigation teamsin order to understand the challenges of the product range. 

 

Who are you ?

 

With higher education specializing in biology (bachelor to postgraduate degree), you have at least 3 years of experience as an Application Specialist, ideally for reagents in the Immunology range
A first experience in the field of training and the development of digital training tools (video editing, E-Learning development tools) will be a real asset
You are recognized for customer service orientation and persuasive abilities to garner support. 
You have an affinity for digital tools and emerging technologies.
You value teamwork, yet you are also capable of autonomy, taking initiatives, and adapting to change. 
You are fluent in English, mastery of the French language will be an important asset

 

Travels in France or internationally may be expected to deliver trainings.
