WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Global HR Data Management Professional I to join our Global Data Management team where you will be at the forefront of managing high-volume HR processes for our multinational organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our global HR data and processes. You will tackle substantial workloads with strong critical thinking skills, embracing challenging and ambiguous situations to drive impactful outcomes. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and are passionate about supporting employees worldwide.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

At the core of our work, a typical day involves receiving and prioritizing requests from management and HR Partners via ServiceNow system. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining positions as needed, in alignment with the Strategic Workforce Planning team. You will create and maintain supervisory organizations to ensure alignment with organizational hierarchy and reporting lines. You will also play a part in all employee lifecycle events which include processing requests for leaves of absence according to company policies and relevant regulations, processing new hires and ensuring timely competition of data fields critical for smooth integration into payroll systems, handling employee transfers within the organization, managing contract extensions for fixed term employees and coordinating with managers as needed, processing changes in employee work hours, and managing termination process ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. You will also be expected to conduct regular audits of HR data and transactional processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be reporting to the Global Data Management Manager and will collaborate with Data Management teams in various geos to address any data discrepancies and suggest opportunities for alignment. You will also collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address their concerns and offer appropriate guidance.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Workday experience, specifically within the Core HR area is required. ServiceNow experience is preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Flexibility and ability to balance competing priorities.

  • Fluency in English is necessary, and additional language skills are a big plus.
