To help support with our new global rollout across AXA Partners, we’re looking for a talented Business Analyst with strong design & implementation skills & experience with Guidewire, to join this brilliant team.
Working in the IT Team, the Guidewire Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating new requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions and delivering high-quality solutions for our travel insurance clients using Guidewire Claim Centre. You will work closely with technical teams, project managers, business representatives and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations

What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with clients to define business requirements related to travel insurance and assistance services
- Apply industry and technical expertise to design and implement Guidewire Claim Centre solutions to meet business needs
- Scope the configuration and customisation of Guidewire Claim Centre to meet business requirements for travel insurance and assistance services, within technical limitations
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate their systems and services with Guidewire Claim Centre solutions for travel insurance and assistance services
- Participate in workshops and training sessions for clients and colleagues to increase knowledge base of travel insurance and assistance services and Guidewire Claim Centre
- Continuously develop and maintain expertise in Guidewire software and the travel insurance industry
- Develop open channels of communication to enable constructive debate and collaboration, eliciting the ideas and opinions of the team
- Ensure that the appropriate risk and controls procedures are in place to ensure compliance with the local regulatory requirements
Your Profile
What we’re looking for:
- Strong design skills, with experience in Guidewire Claim Centre configuration and customisation for the insurance industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in leading or managing projects related to Guidewire Claim Centre solutions for insurance services
- In-depth understanding of insurance services, including claims processing and reporting
- Guidewire certifications (Certified Professional, Certified Expert or similar with at least one on Claim Centre)
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
