Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound sales contact directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers.
Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records and completes required documentation.
Reports effectively on Key performance Indicators (KPIs) achieved for all relevant stakeholders. Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking system
Manages Inside Sales channel (internal and external about 50 FTE)
Responsible about 30% of B2B total sales
