The main missions of the position are, among others: report to the Accountable Manager about human and material needs to perform trainings within the standards, define the forecast needs for instructors and teaching resources with CFI, CTKI and Maintenance Manager collaboration's, adapt and update existing training programs to improve them and bring them into line with educational needs, monitor the progress of trainees and in particular training times depending on the resources made available, supervises the administrative follow-up of trainee files, both on a regulatory and economic level Required...
