We create ways to collaborate with our colleagues, customers and communities. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) are built into everything we do. You will manage a team (4) of Head Count and Contingent Worker HSE professionals in support of a dynamic and growing business.
Collaborate with the best
As HSE Lead – OFSE, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing, implementing, and maintaining HSE systems and ensuring that HSE forms an integral element of how operations are planned and executed.
- Collaborating with business groups to leverage best practices.
- Willing to act as HSE partner to the business, providing leadership throughout the organization about the development and compliance with HSE processes.
- Advising and coach local and regional management to improve HSE performance and drive a proactive approach towards HSE matters. Monitor data to assess HSE challenges, and to develop approaches to control and improve.
- Contributing to develop, communicate, and implement short and long-term HSE strategy that aligns with regional business cycle growth.
- Leading in complying with all applicable HSE rules, customer HSE requirements, regulations, and Baker Hughes HSE policies.
- Ensuring HSE plans, metrics and KPI has are implemented and followed up by business leaders.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have significant experience in HSE in Energy industry (10 years minimum).
- Show excellent written and oral communication skills (English language required).
- Have in-depth knowledge of Angolan HSE regulations and relevant standards.
