Incubation Manager

Job Summary

Are you ready to take the role of Incubation to the next level? We’re seeking a visionary Incubation Manager to lead our dynamic ecosystem program. With your solid business acumen, you will be the driving force behind creating the new customer pipeline and nurturing growth in our three businesses. 

You will strategically design, guide, and support the execution of innovation ecosystems tailored for Tetra Pak's start-up prospects and customers. A privileged position that is at the forefront of bringing our customers’ visions to life and managing a team that drives end to end customer experiences.

This is a permanent position, and you can be based in any market in Europe. Some travelling is required (around 40%).

What you will do

As a Incubation Manager, you will be responsible for guiding, and supporting the execution of innovation ecosystems tailored for Tetra Pak's start-up prospects and customers. This involves creating a nurturing environment that accelerates the development of start-ups, fostering synergies that contribute to our end-to-end business growth, collaborate closely with markets front line, ensuring tangible results.

Program Development and Implementation:

• Develop and implement strategies for the incubation of new B2B businesses, focusing on innovative solutions that meet market needs and drive industry trends. 
• Identify and prioritize business sectors or industries for incubation efforts based on market research, trends analysis, and strategic fit with the incubator’s objectives.

Ecosystem Building and Management:

• Foster a vibrant ecosystem of start-ups, mentors, investors, and corporate partners to support the growth and development of incubated businesses.
• Facilitate networking and collaboration opportunities among ecosystem participants to enhance innovation and knowledge exchange.

Program Design and Management:

• Design and manage incubation programs, including mentorship, training, and support services tailored to the needs of B2B start-ups.
• Ensure that programs offer value to participants, helping them to scale their operations, refine their business models, and achieve market readiness.

Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and progress of incubated start-ups.
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of incubation programs and adjust as necessary to enhance outcomes.

Co-Creation and Fast Prototyping Sessions:

• Facilitate co-creation workshops for brands selected in the program, work alongside with their teams to brainstorm and refine their product ideas in real-time.
• Offer fast prototyping services that allow customers to quickly see a tangible manifestation of their concepts, significantly enhancing the perceived value of your offerings and accelerating the decision-making process.

We believe you have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A desire to manage a team to deliver on sales impact. A previous experience on managing teams is considered a plus.
• Strong portfolio knowledge showcasing your expertise in our three businesses (Packaging, Processes, Services). 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas to customers.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose continuous improvements within the team. 
• Knowledge in design thinking, agile or Lean methodologies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Any other language spoken in Europe is considered a plus.
