As the Industrial Automotive ASEAN Sales Leader at Honeywell Thailand, you will be at the forefront of driving sales performance in a dynamic and competitive business environment. This role involves directing an outside sales team and collaborating closely with the leadership to identify and prioritize new business opportunities. You will be responsible for delivering sales results within the assigned business segment or region.

Your role will include developing and implementing effective sales structures, processes, and incentive schemes to boost the company's product and/or service sales. Additionally, you will ensure comprehensive education about Honeywell products is available to your team and customers.

A significant aspect of your role will be to provide strategic direction for customer engagement activities, including client visits, trade shows, and seminars. You will be expected to leverage data analysis skills to interpret sales numbers, customer accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends, making necessary strategic adjustments to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sponsor large-scale projects within the business.
  • Engage in strategic organizational planning to improve sales efficiency.
  • Coordinate outside sales support and resources.
  • Lead team alignment and foster a collaborative sales environment.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team.

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Sales Leadership, specifically in the industrial or automotive sector within the ASEAN region.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution in a multinational company.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively across different cultural contexts.
