AdresseWe are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor. This long term position is based in Malakoff (92) or in Barcelona (Spain).
Within the Internal Audit Department of Axa Partners, you will be involved in the different phases of audit missions: preparation, fieldwork, report writing, follow-up of recommendations and reporting on the entire international scope of AXA Partners.
As such, your missions will be to :
- Propose effective approaches to assess operational and functional processes
- Prepare and actively participate in interviews with the audited parties
- Evaluate issues by developing tests in relation to the identified risks
- Use critical thinking in the exploitation of data and documents provided by the audited entities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and policies of AXA Assistance, AXA Partners and AXA as well as compliance with the group strategy
- Control the results produced
- Formalize the conclusion of the tests carried out and validate the results with the operational staff
- Participate in the drafting of reports by highlighting the main findings, in accordance with the AXA Group's audit methodology
- Propose appropriate recommendations and follow up on their implementation
- Participate in the monthly and quarterly reports requested by the AXA Group
Your Profile
With 5 years' higher education in Finance, you have at least 4 years' initial experience in an audit firm (Big 4), internal audit or management control. Knowledge of the insurance or banking sector is desirable but not a prerequisite.
In addition to your analytical and summarising skills, you enjoy working as part of a team, are able to put forward proposals and have excellent writing and communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills.
You have a very good command of the Office package.
Fluency in English is essential for your role (level C1 in the European Framework of Languages). Fluency in Spanish (B2 level) is also required.
This position requires you to travel up to 25% of the time.
