Internship Project Management/ Business Analyst (m/f/x)
Main duties:
Support the business in the processes of requirements definition and testing of these requirements. Join Project Teams to manage key tasks for the project success. Support implementation, deployment and training process of new applications.
- Support the business in the definition of their needs for new application
- Execute initial testing of new applications to support business in their user acceptance testing
- Gain an understanding of business and stakeholders processes by analyzing and mapping them from "As is" to "To be"
- Support project manager in the follow-up tasks with business and application providers to guide the team towards achieving project goals
- Provide training support by creating an appropriate training material on new process & applications and coach trainers for final users training sessions
- Support key users during the execution of the acceptance testing and escalate major issues to Project Manager if needed
This internship is a great opportunity to gain a good insight into Project Management work and introducing Project Management and Governance into a business. The candidate will also have the opportunity to demonstrate his / her capacities and will have direct contact to different people profiles throughout the company.

- Familiarity with IT and excellent skills in main office applications (Excel, PPT)
- Attention to detail in work
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Be a proactive and reliable team player, able to work independently as well as in collaboration
with other colleagues - Ability to clearly document business, functional specifications and to explain the added
value in business terms - Ability to draft clear and concise reports in English and to produce accurate and reliable documents
- Show excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
