As a Project Planner, you are responsible for project delivery, profit-loss accountability, and customer satisfaction.
As a Project Planner & Control, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into Project Planning scenario.
- Monitoring progress and producing accurate projections.
- Ensuring other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.
- Updating and reviewing the Project Schedule, assessing the progress, identifying current or possible risks, and proposing solutions to issues.
- Maintaining and regularly communicating the progress and main schedule risks for each project.
- Showing summary indicators such as summary schedules, forecast milestones, project KPIs and prepare high level presentations for management and customer reviews.
- Tracking project financial milestones related to billing and sales events and preparing forecast projections and target vs. actual gap analysis.
- Monitoring fulfillment activities, certify project completeness KPIs during the project closure phase until the hand off to site operations team.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's education from an accredited college
- Have previous experience with Primavera P6 software
- Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
- Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate to Senior Leaders, establish credibility and indirectly influence others, building effective partnerships.
