AdressePlan and execute global marketing programs in support of imec’s offering in semiconductor technologies and systems and in its application domains (automotive, connectivity and datacom, consumer electronics, industry 4.0, etc...)
What you will do
As Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing global marketing programs in support of imec’s offering in semiconductor technologies and systems and in its application domains (automotive, connectivity and datacom, consumer electronics, industry 4.0, etc...)
You will:
- Work closely with the marketing team, portfolio management, and sales teams on the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns, utilizing all available marketing channels through an integrated approach.
- Oversee planning of content and deliverables and deployment of the campaigns.
- Steer the development and messaging of larger marketing pieces (movies, animations, visuals, customer facing decks, leaflets, articles, whitepapers, …) with the support of your colleagues from copywriting and branding. You will execute smaller marketing materials (such as landing pages, emails, presentations, etc…) yourself, thanks to your ability to translate input from internal stakeholders into a clear convincing message.
- Set up dedicated events or workshops, depending on campaign needs, and manage the execution and follow up.
- Maintain a calendar of strategically relevant conferences and events and support imec’s presence in those key events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal scientific leaders, business development partners, and across the broader communications teams in order to achieve alignment on campaigns.

Who you are
- You have a master’s degree in communications, marketing or related .
- You have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in an international B2B environment (experience in semiconductors, photonics, health, connectivity, automotive, datacom, ….is a plus).
- You have excellent project management skills and detail-oriented approach.
- You have strong time management and organizational skills .
- You have experience in planning and executing successful campaigns.
- You have excellent communication skills (written/ verbal/ presentation) and strong proficiency in English.
- You are a team player with the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- You are hands-on and can manage strategy and execution in parallel.
- You are eager to learn more about imec’s technology offering.
- You are proficient with MS office and PowerPoint. Experience with Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite or marketing automation software (Eloqua preferably) is a plus .
